Rental History and Products
Holt AV has been in the equipment rental business since the company was founded. Today we rent a variety of AV equipment to fit many needs. Our rental department offers state of the art:
- computer and video projection systems (up to 12,000 Lumen!)
- laptop and desktop computers (for training or presentation)
- large format screens (up to 210″ diagonal)
- LCD / LED monitors (up to 70″)
- wireless microphones (Lavaliere, Hand Held, and Head mount)
- large and small sound systems (2 speaker and up to stadium production type systems)
- flip charts, white boards and easels
and many other pieces of presentation hardware.
Along with our equipment rental services, Holt AV technicians are also experienced with video distribution, multi-source switching, and videography and can be hired on an hourly basis along with any equipment rental.
How to rent from us:
Customers can rent equipment at our office located at 401 28th Street South, Birmingham, Alabama or have it delivered to your event or location by our professional and courteous staff. Customers also have the option of having the equipment setup at their location by our technicians. Holt AV personnel can deliver and setup all of our rental items and instruct customers on the proper use of the system. We even offer operator service at competitive rates during regular working hours, after hours, and on weekends. Event Production
Holt AV offers a full service event production department that can put on truly amazing corporate events. Our staff can coordinate:
room layout
rigging and staging
lighting production (including intelligent moving lights, and LEDs)
live video production and recording
full sound production
even special effects (smoke/fog, confetti, balloons, etc.)
